Service Description:

Our (1) Hour on-site IT Support includes professional physical attendance by an experienced IT technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of technology‑related issues, including: -> Computer & Laptop Troubleshooting -> Network & Internet, Security Camera Problems -> Printer, Scanner & Peripheral Setup/Repair -> Server & NAS Support -> Microsoft 365 & Email Issues -> POS Point of Sale Systems -> Software Installation & Configuration -> Security & Antivirus Issues -> On‑Site Hardware Replacement -> Home & Office Technology Setup -> Existing client's Tech Issues those who are not having MSP (Managed Service Provider) agreement with us. NOTE: This is on-site IT Support and it includes travel charges depending on your location. Please read our policy or speak to our customer support.


Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling on-site IT Support to ensure efficient time management and reliable support for all clients. SERVICE TYPE & DURATION: 1. On-site IT Support: 60 minutes. 2. Emergency / Priority Support or after standard business hours, Subject to emergency rates & technician availability. FEES: 1. Standard Rates ($210 Inc GST Per hour) PREPAYMENT: 1. Required prepaid while booking. 2. After-hours Rates (IT Support outside standard business hours incur an additional surcharge) RESCHEDULING POLICY: 1. Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule. 2. Late Rescheduling requests received under 12 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Allowed if made more than 12 hours before the appointment. 2. Late Cancellation, 50% of the consultation fee if cancelled within 12 hours. 3. No-Show, Full consultation fee applies to missed appointments without notice. TECHNICIAN DELAYS: If a technician is delayed due to prior jobs, traffic, or emergencies: 1. The client will be notified immediately. 2. The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost if needed. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, clients are responsible for: 1. Providing accurate information at the time of booking 2. Being available at the scheduled appointment time (The client or an authorised representative) 3. Having all necessary credentials and approvals ready I.T SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be on time or provide notice if delayed. 2. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. 3. Provide accurate assessments and realistic timelines. 4. Document work done during consultation. 5. Must have working with children check permit. EMERGENCY & AFTER BUINESS HOURS: 1. Emergency or after-hours will be an extra $80.00 Inc GST. 2. Availability is not guaranteed but will be prioritised where possible. TRAVEL CHARGES: Travel fees apply for on‑site IT support services based on your location. 1. No travel fee within a 10 km Distance (Shepperton and nearby suburbs) 2. Locations beyond 10 km (Travel charges may apply, please check with our technician for a customised travel quote based on your exact location)
