Service Description:
Our (1) Hour remote consultation includes a focused session where our IT professional helps diagnose, advise, or resolve technology-related issues including: -> Computer system health check, server, checking for updates, security patches and antivirus status. -> Resolve iPhone, Android or tablet's software issues, check and provide advice. -> Assistance with Microsoft 365, Windows OS or Mac, Email or cloud services. -> Guidance on upgrades, Licensing or hardware procurement. -> Recommendations for improving reliability and performance. -> Business Tech Consultation. NOTE: This is over the phone or remote session support.
Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling IT consultation sessions to ensure efficient time management and reliable support for all clients. SERVICE TYPE AND DURATION 1. On-site IT Support: 60 minutes. 2. Emergency / Priority Support or after standard business hours, Subject to emergency rates & technician availability. FEES & PAYMENT: 1. Standard Rates ($175 Inc GST Per hour) PREPAYMENT: 1. Required prepaid while booking. 2. After-hours Rates (Consultations outside standard business hours incur an additional surcharge) RESCHEDULING: 1. Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule. 2. Late Rescheduling requests received under 12 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Allowed if made more than 12 hours before the appointment. 2. Late Cancellation, 50% of the consultation fee if cancelled within 12 hours. 3. No-Show, Full consultation fee applies to missed appointments without notice. TECHNICIAN DELAYS: If a technician is delayed due to prior jobs, traffic, or emergencies: 1. The client will be notified immediately. 2. The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost if needed. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure accurate information is provided at booking. 2. Be available at the scheduled time and give access remotely. 3. Maintain required usernames, passwords, or approvals ready for the technician. IT CONSULTATION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be on time or provide notice if delayed. 2. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. 3. Provide accurate assessments and realistic timelines. 4. Document work done during consultation. EMERGENCY & AFTER BUSINESS HOURS SUPPORT: 1. Emergency or after-hours will be an extra $60.00 Inc GST. 2. Availability is not guaranteed but will be prioritised where possible.
